Buyers Protection Insurance

As part of the service we can offer you buyer’s protection. This provides cover of up to £600(redeemable with a voucher) for legal costs, lender valuation or mortgage arrangement fees in the event your purchase falls through due to gazumping, the seller withdrawing from a sale, an adverse survey or land charges search. This policy also provides cover if the sale falls through as the result of an unavoidable change in your circumstances, such as your death, family bereavement, your redundancy or relocation. SmoothMove

Legal & General has teamed up with Inter Partner Assistance, part of one of the largest international emergency assistance groups, to provide SmoothMove. This free cover provides assistance with unexpected hitches on the day of the move. Also provided is help with domestic emergencies such as a burst pipe, and access to a legal helpline for three months from the day of the house move.
