Buyers Protection Insurance

As part of the service we can offer you buyer’s protection. This provides cover of up to £600 against legal and valuation fees incurred in the event of being gazumped, sellers withdrawing from a sale, an adverse survey or land charges search. This policy also provides cover if the sale falls through as the result of an unavoidable change in your circumstances due to death, bereavement, redundancy or relocation. Smoothmove

Legal & General has teamed up with Inter Partner Assistance, one of the largest international emergency assistance organisations, to provide SmoothMove. This free cover provides assistance on the day of the move and with domestic emergencies such as a burst pipe, for three months from the day of the house move.


Ongoing Support

Post completion, our service to you continues with regular reviews of your mortgage and protection policies to ensure that they match your changing circumstances. A great deal of our business is generated from recommendations so we are keen for your views on the service we provide.
